Dissemination and Promotion of Traffic Safety Articles

We produce traffic safety articles (guidelines, reflective sashes, stickers, etc.) and distribute them at traffic safety events and training sessions.

◆ “Wear Reflectors!” Campaign

Reflective sashes were produced as a measure to increase the wearing rate of reflectors for the prevention of traffic accidents involving pedestrians at night and during twilight hours.

◆ “Turn on Headlights Early and Use High-Beams” Campaign

Stickers were produced as a measure to promote and enlighten “turning on headlights early and using high-beams” in order to prevent traffic accidents at night and during twilight hours.

◆ Donation of “Children’s Uniforms” to Expressway Traffic Police Unit of Hiroshima Prefectural Police

We donated “children’s uniforms” to Expressway Traffic Police Unit of Hiroshima Prefectural Police as traffic safety promotional and awareness raising articles to prevent traffic accidents on expressways.

◆ Donation of Traffic Safety Guidelines “Raise and Learn about the Heart of Safety”

We donate Traffic Safety Guidelines “Raise and Learn about the Heart of Safety” with an aim to raise children’s awareness about traffic safety. The Guidelines provide children with easy-to-understand explanations on how to safely cross a street and ride a bicycle, and provide parents with instructions on how to educate their children about traffic safety.

◆ Donation of Collaborative Signboards with Carp Boy to Promote Pedestrian Priority!

Since it is important to raise awareness among both drivers and pedestrians in order to prevent tragic traffic accidents involving pedestrians at crosswalks, especially children and the elderly, we created signboards with the design of the “Hiroshima Toyo Carp,” which is extremely popular in Hiroshima Prefecture, and distributed them to kindergartens, nursery schools, elementary schools, junior high schools, and high schools in Fukuyama City.
